AMPCONNECT is looking for an experienced Technical Presales Consultant – Backup Software & Hardware.
Job Responsibilities
- Need to be a proactive person with excellent communications skills to enhance the sale of products assigned.
- Expected to Master the product knowledge to design solutions and assist sales team to sell the designated products.
- Identify and convert customers/partners enquiries into right technical solutions.
- Conduct POC’s to demonstrate the right solutions to customers and partners.
- Prepare Bill of Materials(BOM)
- Present product knowledge and conduct training for partners.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of pre-sales/consulting experience.
- Relevant Industry experience Pre-Sales ( technical) in backup software products.
- Knowledge and experience in Arcserve, Backup software products / Storage Craft would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Windows, Linux, Databases etc.
